That is why we share blog posts and complete itineraries to various destinations in the USA and around the world.
We have taken our own families to these destinations, eaten in these restaurants, and hiked these trails. We found out what works and what doesn’t (sometimes the hard way!)
Who We Are…
Hi! We are Amy and Amanda, two friends who discovered that they really enjoy being the travel planners for their families.
Our written itineraries have been shared with family and friends for years and we decided to start this blog to share them with you too.
We love to get outside, whether that is hiking, biking, or paddling around in a kayak. We also like to explore small towns, big cities, and anywhere in between that has great food, unique sights, or fun family activities.

We take the best of each destination and organize it into well thought out, daily itineraries. We like to combine outside time with a few museums, tourist sites, and a lot of good food on our trips. And throw in some playgrounds, coffee shops, and other places for a little chill time. It is a vacation after all.
We include all the nitty, gritty details that we ourselves find so necessary to know when planning our own family trips. Like is there a restroom at that trailhead? Or does that awesome restaurant have a kids menu?
